Delivery Information
At Kitty Klumpers, we’ve designed our delivery service to be simple and convenient. Place your order by 12pm the day before the scheduled delivery day for your area to ensure timely delivery. Local deliveries of our Eco Wheelie Bin orders within our designated Brisbane & Gold Coast suburbs are made between 6am and 6pm. Non Eco Wheelie Bin orders will generally be delivered by courier – orders are prepared for courier collection within 24 hours (delivery timeframes vary depending on the courier and delivery location).
Customers in other cities can also place orders which are delivered to most major urban centers via courier (with the exception of Eco Wheelie Bin orders, which are currently only available to local customers).
Delivery Schedule (Eco Wheelie Bin orders)
Please refer to our delivery schedule map below to confirm the designated delivery day for all local Eco Wheelie Bin deliveries. For non Eco Wheelie Bin orders (or if your property falls outside our local delivery zone), our third party couriers will be used.
Free Delivery
Delivery is complimentary for all local orders exceeding $75 that fall within our delivery schedule map. Our Australia-wide customers also have access to a courier service at a heavily discounted rate - see below.
Courier Service
For customers outside our local area and orders that don't meet the requirements for free delivery, we utilise a third party courier service — they deliver to all major urban centers around Australia. We also subsidise our courier service for customers that make an order of $90 or more!
Pickup
Pickup arrangements from our Moorooka location are made by appointment only. Please get in touch with us to schedule a pickup.

Our Products
This litter is the cat's whiskers! It's like stepping into a spa for my paws that makes me want to build sandcastles. And the clumping action? Impeccable! It transforms my masterpieces into sculptures worthy of a museum exhibition. The scent is also divine! My litter box is now purr-fect.
This litter cradles my precious deposits with the delicacy of a thousand feathers, but also masks the odours with an aroma reminiscent of the finest tuna. The texture? Oh, it's like walking on clouds of fluffy marshmallows, soft yet supportive. Five stars from this fastidious feline. Meow-some job, Kitty Klumpers!
We know pets are family, that’s why we’re committed to providing the highest-quality eco friendly cat litter products that you can trust.
